Return and refund policy

1.9 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.10 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.11 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
1.12 You will lose your right to cancel if you:(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.(b) unseal items that were sealed at the time of delivery.(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
 

Retention of right to change offering

1.13 We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
 

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

1.14 When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
