We hope you'll love all your purchases from REDKNOTS, but if you should need to return an item, we want let you know how you can do that.

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel and if your item is eligible* for a refund we'll provide an address for you to to arrange the return. Any qualifying refunds will be processed based upon the original payment method once the items are received back at REDKNOTS.
 

To be eligible for a refund you must have proof of purchase, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return and refund request, email us at redknots@outlook.com If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our delivery charges cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, the amount returned will be for the goods only. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any return postage costs if the item is not faulty. For this reason we recommend that you use a tracked postage option when returning items as we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost in transit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember to allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights

*the following products are not eligible for return: Opened essential oils, bath and body products. This policy ensures that you always have 100% assurance that our products are safe, sanitary and have not been contaminated by any outside sources.
